Warren Park

Warren Irvin “Pee Wee” Park, 76, formerly of Sherburne, but more recently of Vinton, VA, went to be with the Lord on November 12, 2016 at home with family by his side.

Warren was born on October 10, 1940, and was the son of the late Howard T. and Doris (Stewart) Park. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, two sisters, and infant son, Jeffrey.

Warren served in the United States Army from 1960-1963. He also served as volunteer firefighter for many years. Warren was employed at and retired from Procter and Gamble. He loved being in the outdoors, enjoyed camping, and being with his animal friends.

Warren is survived by his best friend and beloved dog, Midge; wife, Patricia Park; two sons, Wayne R. and Brian A. Park, and their mother, Sue Whitney; brother Nelson and his wife, Linda; three stepsons, Douglas (Linda) Williams, Mark (Brenda) Williams, and Andrew (Corrine) Williams; seven grandchildren, Brittney, Zachary, Adam, Tyler, Courtney, Meghan, and Kyle; brother-in-law, Herb (Diane) Terry, and Dawn Shulz.

To honor Warren’s wishes, there will be no service calling hours. Private burial will occur in the spring 2017 at North Norwich Cemetery.
