Terry L. Huggins

Terry L. Huggins, 69, of Norwich, died on May 2, 2022.

Born on February 10, 1953, in Norwich, NY, Terry was the son of Ronald and Lillian (Harding) Huggins. He graduated with the Norwich High School class of 1971 and then attended SUNY Cortland where he played lacrosse. Terry worked for a number of years at Christman Motor Sales as a car salesman before relocating to Florida in the 1980s. In Florida, he worked for the Jupiter Hills Golf Course as a landscaper, a job he truly loved. In the 1990s, Terry moved back to Norwich and worked briefly at Protel. Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved animals. He also loved playing golf and building golf clubs as the owner of Sandman Enterprises. He was a great sports fan including NASCAR, basketball, and baseball, with the Boston Celtics and LA Dodgers being his favorites.

Terry is survived by his brothers, Steven (Kenia) Huggins, of Long Island and Scott (Christina) Huggins, of Oxford; nephew, Bryan Huggins, of Rome, NY, niece, Brooke Huggins, of Oxford; and his two cats, Cleopatria and Chief. He was predeceased by his parents.
