Lisa M. Sutton

Lisa M. Sutton, 58, of Norwich, died the evening of Sunday, December 24, 2023 at her residence.

Born on May 31, 1965 in Oswego, NY, Lisa was the daughter of Emily Anderson and William Grodecki. She graduated from Greene Central School in 1984 and shortly after earned her associates degree from SUNY Broome. Lisa found employment at a variety of places as a bookkeeper including Quest in Norwich and the McGraw Box Company in McGraw, NY. Lisa later lived in Arizona and Washington before moving back to Norwich to be closer to family. She enjoyed Sudoku puzzles, pen sketching, drawing, painting on glass, and poetry.

She is survived by her mother, Emily Grodecki, of Norwich; sons; Derek Sutton, of Groton, CT and Damien (Abi) Sutton, of McDonough, NY; and daughter, Jessica Sutton, of Hudson Valley, NY. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her sister, Barbara.

There will be no formal services for Lisa at this time.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the Wilson Funeral Home.
