Connie and Ernie moved to Norwich in 1948 where they raised their six children and spent 60 years together. Ernie, who was with the Norwich Pharmacal Company, died in 2005.
Throughout Connie’s life, she selflessly served and cared for others. She was active on the Board of Directors of the Chenango Valley Home for 33 years, frequently volunteered in the community helping at blood drives, in Girl Scouting and was often the nurse “on call” for the neighborhood. Connie’s family was her special joy and she was devoted to them. Her family cherishes her love and holds dear the many wonderful memories with her at gatherings in Norwich and at the Mohican Camp, their summer home in Cooperstown.
