Condolence: Thoughts and prayers to Philip's family, He was a regular in the gift shop where I volunteer at the NYS Veterans Home. Always a pleasure to see Philip come in. I enjoyed seeing the many family and pet photos he proudly wore on his hats. What a gentle soul he was! RIP dear Philip!

Condolence: We both had the pleasure of working with Phil while he worked for Broome Developmental Center. We remember his stories of his daughters, he was the proudest father!, their trips, and his dog. May his family find comfort in these memories which will keep him in their hearts. Rest in Peace Phil.

Condolence: May memories you hold dear of your Dad, of the happy times, laughter and joy, of the tender times of love and comfort, carry you through your tears and sorrow. You and yours are being lifted up for strength and healing to be yours in the coming days and weeks. We remember Phil fondly thinking back to your earliest years, how proud and full joy you made him. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God bless and hold you close in this time of sadness. Dick and Moe
