So sorry to hear of John’s passing. Our heart goes out to Carrie and the rest of his family. I have such great memories up at the lake sitting around the fire, John with the guitar singing songs, but mostly singing Peter, Paul and Mary….. He was a great man and probably the friendliest man I have met. He will greatly be missed.

So sorry to hear of John’s passing…John is fondly remembered by the swimming Eaton family. He was a true Norwich High School swimming inspiration to many youngsters over the years. How proud he was at the 5o year anniversary of Norwich High swimming. Becoming George Echentile’s first swimming captain during the 60-61 season was very historic. He always had a kind word and I enjoyed sharing many swim stories with him. My thoughts are with the Miers family…

My heartfelt sympathy in the loss of John. I worked in the same dept. as him many years ago at Norwich Eaton Pharm.
He was always pleasant, kind and helpful and had a great sense of humor.
