Our thoughts and prayers to an old friend and his family. I first met Alden, Marie, Carolyn and Barton when I was a graduate student at Syracuse. The Jones kindly welcomed me to their home and I spent many enjoyable weekends with them. We became life-long friends. We later renewed our acquaintances when Alden and Marie lived in North Carolina. Their kind and loving friendship will always live in our memories.
