His first love, however, was his family, his eyes lighting up every time he saw his two sons and loving every minute they spent together. Tim will be missed greatly by all of his coworkers at Blueox who became his extended family.

On July 27, 1985 , in Guilford , Tim married his soul mate Tracey Stoddard Evans who survives. He is also survived by his two sons, Ryan and Andrew Evans, of Norwich; his mother, Margaret Evans of Greene, NY and his father, Donald Evans of Apalachin, NY; three sisters, Bonnie Evans, Tammy Smith and her husband Robert, and Kellie Evans, all of Greene; his mother and father-in-law, Barbara and Bill Root, of Norwich; brothers and sisters-in-law, Timothy and Sandi Stoddard of Oxford, Thomas and Lynda Stoddard and Mark Root, of Norwich, Terri Stoddard of Clifton, VA, Tamara and Jim Yacano and Lisa Root, of Norwich and his cousin Francis and Helen Osborne of Greene, NY. My sincere condolences to the family. I graduated with Tim and he was always the one with a smile on his face. Even though we did not keep in touch over the years. I have thought of him when talking about my own childhood. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. I’m sending a hug to Kellie.

My deepest regrets and sympothy for your loss. Although I had lossed touch with Tim over the past several years, I considered myself a hunting “buddy” of his, as we rabbit and deer hunted on a few occasions in the early 90’s. We met through a mutual friend, and shared a love for nature and its precious gifts. I knew Tim as a kind hearted and soft spoken man, whom had strong family ties and superior people skills. He was an honest man, and always presented himself with integrety, which led me to purchase a heating system from him, while he was employed with Agway. Tim was a man of great character, and will be sorely missed by many. God Bless Tim and provide strength to his family in these difficult days ahead.

    Tracey,
I know we haven’t seen each other in many years, but I learned of your great loss. My heart goes out to you. I know there is very little that I can say to comfort you, but I am grateful that you have the love of your family near you now. I’m sorry to say that I never got to meet Tim, but I’m sure he was a wonderful man and father. I pray for God’s comfort and His blessings for you at this time. God Bless you,
    Dede

Tracey, I had the extreme pleasure, and when I say extreme,I mean extreme pleasure of working with Tim when I was at Agway, in Marcy, he always had a quick wit, and a funny line, and most of the time made an unbearable situation bearable. He was a hell of a salesman, and a great guy, I am sorry for your loss.

I worked with Tim at BlueOx. He was a man of great character who genuinely cared about people, which made him a great salesman, but the one thing that stands out in my mind, more than anything else, is how very much he cherished his wife and sons. My deepest condolences to Tracey, Ryan, and Andrew. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

I just hope you can find the peace and comfort you need to continue on the road of life. May God bless you and the boys during this difficult time.
