Donald was a fine gentleman, whom I have had the privilege of knowing since I moved to Norwich 23 years ago. He was a kind soft spoken man. He always took good care of himself, and I'll always remember seeing him diligently walking his way around the 1/2 mile walking path (spring, summer, fall, and winter) at Weiler Park.
